you are sadly mistaken thinking Xbox live is down more than PSN this gen. Xbox live has been having trouble with friend's list's showing up and joining party's but XBL the actual playing online is RARELY ever down... while PSN the playing online part and signing in to play online is down at least once a week on average

Although I would like to add, i think we all KNOW it's coming, the question is when? Next year is the 10 year anniversary of gears 1. so that could be a good time, but Gears 5 is supposed to come out in 2016 as well, do they want both in the same year? I'm really hoping for an E3 reveal with a release shortly after like August/September of this year.

But that's what i'm talking about, if you gameshare with someone, once they set thier console as your home console, you change the password and they won't be able to log into your account from the store. If you just gave them your password then yeah of course but you'd be stupid to do that.
and even with play share they won't delete your game saves, just watch what they are doing and if they go there turn the share play off with the press of a button.
It doesn't work that way. If you and i were gamesharing on the PS4 or Xbox one, you only need my password (and vice versa) for the initial setting of each other's home console. Once that happens, I can change my password on my account, and can even delete your name from my system, anything I buy you will have access too and anything you buy I can play. But you can't sign on as me and buy stuff from the store or delete my save files.

Red Dead Redemption is part in the red Dead Series... no reason Red Dead R______ will be a sequel in the first place. Revolver and Redemption are both stand alone games in a series (Just like GTA)
I've never heard of it until now, but it looks fun to me.
I say it depends on your situation. I still have a working PS 2, and PS 3, in my house so in my situation $20 a month is too expensive when i can just put the game in my PS 3 and play it. For those who don't still have or never owned a PS 3 and have a PS 4 this is a really good deal, especially once the library get's larger.
